Panama Day 6: Coloring

Lynn is a retired kindergarten teacher, and she packed her bag with loads of small gifts for the kids. She bought several coloring books and crayons for the smaller ones, and to the delight of all of us, the bigger kids too got down on the floor and began to color with gusto. Remember that these kids had no access to coloring books when they were little, and even Miley the 15 year old was right in there. That’s her in the white shirt with black dots sitting on a chair. Eleven year old Hazel is in the white shirt with the orange headband, on the floor. This is Minga’s living room, and the adults were outside at the Sunday afternoon party.
