Raccoon Watch

Trapper Jon said it might take awhile to catch the raccoon, or raccoons, because they weren’t coming every night. He also said they might get the scent of other animals that had been caught in the traps, and avoid being caught themselves although they’d likely run from the yard and not do any more sod damage.

I was hopeful for a quick stroke of luck, though. That didn’t happen. Still on watch.
