Conscious Aging: Getting Good at Grilling

Well, I’ve thrown caution to the winds and decided that if something I grill turns out badly — which has happened on occasion with things cooked inside on the stove — I’ll throw the offending food out and eat peanut butter and jelly. I keep that on hand for the kids. Then I’ll try grilling again.

My latest venture didn’t turn out badly, though — the meal was quite magnificent.

Grilled romaine, grilled peach with goat cheese, and a few fresh-picked cherry tomatoes thrown in. I confess to having bought the grilled peach at Met Market, although I’m quite up for trying it on my own. The grilled lettuce is all mine. 🙂
