Rana the Frog

As we’re on the topic of creating gorgeous gardens and special moments within those gardens, Rochester friend J. sent me a pic of Rana the Frog. Rana used to live in our back yard on San Gabriel Drive, and when I moved I gifted Rana to J. and her family. Her husband is the serious gardener — not only flowers but a prolific veggie garden.

Rana, which means “frog” in Spanish, signifies that a piece of my heart resides in Rochester, with J. and her family. Brings me joy to see Rana again, over all these miles.
