Getting to Know Seattle: Eros After Dark

Eros is an art installation in the Seattle Art Museum Sculpture Park along Puget Sound. During the day the sculpture is pristine white against the blue sky — the Park Service cleans it a lot, because it gets bird crap on it and green mold after a rain. If the sculpture looks huge, it is. I’m hardly ever in the park at night, so was quite struck by how Eros looks when lit.

  1. for Phyllis: You know, I have a “good camera” — which I hardly use any more, because the camera on my cell phone is so good. Glad you liked the pics.
