Travel Day: On the Way to Minneapolis

Headed on Thursday to Minneapolis to perform the wedding ceremony for friends Emily and Dustin. Looking forward to being with friends, being part of this wonderful  celebration, and exercising my novice ministerial skills — this is my second wedding.

Someone whom I know casually here in Seattle asked what my online ministerial credentials from the Universal Life Monastery allow me to do. In most states, that credential is valid for any act that a more traditionally educated minister might perform. This acquaintance, perhaps coming from a Roman Catholic background, asked if I can hear confessions. The answer is NO.

But you can call me Reverend Pammie. 🙂

  1. Reverend Pammie, I love it! I once was a civil officiant for my sisters wedding in California. But I’ve never been e reverend. Enjoy the wonderful experience!
