I flew home yesterday evening, after four wonderful days in the Twin Cities area with the Ross family and the new Bulthuis family — Emily and Dustin. We got the wedding ceremony finalized, I got to see the beautiful Minnesota Horse & Hunt Club where the wedding will be held, and we had all sorts of other extraordinary adventures, like my first trap shooting experience and the thrill of knocking a bright orange clay disc out of the sky.
Home now for a couple of weeks, and then I travel to New Jersey for my 50th college reunion. Looking forward to summer in Seattle: sun, low 70’s temperatures, no mosquitoes, and lots of life outdoors. LG. Life is good.
Here’s a primo shot of Mount Rainier and surrounding peaks as we passed it on our descent into Sea-Tac.
