Katie, Ron and I took a break from the exhibits to have lunch in the members dining room of Metropolitan Museum of Art.
As I write this Katie is busy finalizing planning our contingent for Saturday’s Tartan Day parade down 6th Avenue. Clan Leask is two groups behind the Scottish Club of Kearny — the town where I grew up. I’m sure I won’t know anyone, but I’ll do my best to get a shot of their parade banner.
We’re going to follow the parade with traditional Scottish food at St. Andrew’s restaurant. Should be a grand day.
