Panama 2017: Fish Market

The fish here is so fresh, and Gloria is so good at cooking it, we are finding that regular trips to the fish market are greatly preferable to the rather tough local meat. Gloria made her garlic langostinos for the despedida lunch of Mary and Emily, who are flying home today. I could eat Gloria’s langostinos every day of the week and never grow tired of the meal. Really, her cooking is better than any of the restaurants here.
